1. There will be no cancellation or refund after payment is made;
2. No refunds unless goods are faulty. All return enquiries must be directed to Epic Kids Clothing via phone or email within 24 hours of the delivery of the product. After this time we will not accept any returns;
3. Please contact us to discuss delivery options as this will differ according to the product selected i.e. weight, etc.
